MINDFULNESS DAYS

The next mindfulness day will take place on Sunday, February 8, 2026.

All the practical information can be found below!

Thank you for registering and paying your membership and/or contribution here (in French).

Carpooling: feel free to offer or request a carpool here (in French).

If you would like to be informed of the dates of the next mindfulness days by email, please ask us at montagnedudharma@gmail.com.

What does a day of mindfulness at Dharma Mountain consist of?

Here is the indicative schedule for a Day of Mindfulness:

8:30 Welcome
9:00 Guided meditation
9:30 Presentation of the day and teaching
11:30 Walking meditation
12:30 Preparing the lunch table
13:00 Lunch
14:30 Deep relaxation
15:30 Dharma sharing
17:00 Goodbye

When a day is scheduled “in silence,” what impact does this have on the program? The program is the same as for a “classic” Day of Mindfulness and includes a time for Dharma sharing. However, outside of the Dharma sharing, all activities (and the times between activities) will take place in silence, to help us listen more deeply to our inner experience 🙂

Meals & drinks: Please remember to bring a vegetarian dish (prepared in advance) to share for lunch.
You may also contribute drinks by bringing tea, coffee, or herbal teas. Note: We do not consume alcohol at Dharma Mountain.

Association membership and financial contribution:
Dharma Mountain is rooted in a beautiful place on a mountainside beneath chestnut trees. This place requires care and maintenance, which involves costs for the Cévenn’Zen association that manages it.
When you wish to take part in a Day of Mindfulness, we ask that you register and:
- become a member of the Cévenn’Zen association for the calendar year, for an amount of €12

- make a financial contribution of at least €10 for each Day of Mindfulness.

Registration and payment here !

Carpooling:
We encourage carpooling and invite you to organize it via the CoviEvent platform. The specific link for each Day of Mindfulness is available at the top of the page!

Safe Place and accessibility: La Montagne du Dharma does its best to be a Safe Place (a safe and welcoming space where people feel secure) for all minorities (non-exhaustive list: non-white people and/or people from immigrant backgrounds or descendants of immigration, gender and/or sexual orientation minorities, neurodivergent people, etc.).

During our Day of Mindfulness, we will therefore remain fully aware of possible situations of domination and/or privilege, and we commit to paying special attention to them by practicing loving speech and deep listening.

For people with physical and/or mobility disabilities, our accessibility is not yet fully adapted, and we sincerely apologize for this.

Please feel free to contact us at montagnedudharma@gmail.com if you have any questions!

Thank you for your presence, and see you very soon!
