CANCELLATION POLICY

Anyone registered for a retreat commits to attending on the dates indicated. No transfer to another retreat will be possible. Any request to postpone will be treated as a cancellation according to the conditions below.

 

A – IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BY US:

100% refund.
Except in cases of force majeure, you will be notified at least 1 month before the start of the retirement.

B – IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BY YOU:

Three scenarios are possible:

❶ Your registration is less than 15 days old:

We will refund you 100% of the ticket price.
Unless the retirement takes place in 20 days or LESS (see point 3).

❷ The retreat takes place in MORE THAN 20 days:
We can refund you 80% of the ticket price.

❸ The retreat takes place in 20 days or LESS:
If you chose a Support Rate, we can refund the difference between the amount you paid and the Standard Rate. Please fill out the form here!
In all other cases, we can no longer refund your place, as we have incurred costs and are not certain we can replace you.
However, for organizational reasons, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible by writing to montagnedudharma@gmail.com

 

⚠️ Keep in mind:

– Every cancellation takes up our working time .

– We do not postpone registrations. If you wish to take a place in another retreat, you must cancel and then re-register for the retreat of your choice.

The earlier you cancel, the better our chances of finding someone to replace you!
